» Biography

I was born in 1955 and completed my Primary, Secondary and High School Education in Baku (Azerbaijan). After graduating from the Faculty of Science and Letters, Department of Physics in Azerbaijan University in 1977, I started my academic life as a Major Research Assistant at the Institute of Science, Research and Application Physics Ministry Defence of Russia. I completed my Ph.D in the Department of Solid State Physics in Azerbaijan State University between 1979 and 1983.  Between 1984 and 1995 I worked as an Assistant Professor, Head Lecturer and Professor in Physics Department of Azerbaijan Civil Engineering University. I worked as a Major Expert Researcher as a guest of Turkish Scientific Research Council of Premiership at the Information Technology Research Institute in 1995 – 1999. Then between 1999 and 2006 I was appointed as Professor to the Department of Physics in Mugla University. Since then I have been working as a Head of Department in Solid State Physics in Trakya University in Edirne, Turkey.
