» Biography

The artist, who was born in Usak, continued his violoncello education with Prof. Dr. Resit ERZIN and then Prof. Aminbay SAPAYEV in Trakya University State Conservatory in which he was enrolled in 1995. In addition, he also kept on his chamber music studies with Inst. Dr. Leyli AKBAROVA and successfully graduated from undergraduate programme in 2005. 

He participated in the courses given by worldwide known musicians such as Marina TARASOVA, Alexander RUDIN, Clemens HAGEN, Dora SCHWZBERG, Angel STANKOV, Anatoli KRASTEV, Jiri BARTA and Hillel ZORI. He deserved to get the honorable mention in Sofia “Pipkov” International Young Musicians Competition in Bulgaria in 2002. In 2005, he was enrolled in Graduate Programme given by Prof. Resit ERZIN in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and successfully graduated from there in 2008.

He has taken charge in various important concert organizations of Istanbul Chamber Orchestra, Philharmonic Istanbul Orchestra, Cemal Resit Rey Symphonic Orchestra, Akbank Chamber Orchestra, Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra and Balkan Symphony Orchestra of Trakya University since 2005; on the other hand, he worked togetherwith worldwide known soloist and conductors such as Emre ARACI, Rengim GOKMEN, Cem MANSUR, Hakan SENSOY, Tadeusz STRUGALA, Alexander RAHBARI, Park SUNG-WAN, James GALWAY, Natalia GUTMAN, Antonio MENESES, John AXELROD, Shlomo MINTZ, Rossen GERGOV, Alan BROADBENT and James JUDD within this period.  

The artist, who graduated from “Proficiency in Art” programme given by Prof. Aminbay SAPAYEV in Trakya University State Conservatory, has given successful soloist, chamber music and orchestra concerts in numerous places such as Pakistan, The United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Israel and various regions of The Turkey. He has still been going on working as an academician in Trakya University State Conservatory.
