She was born in Edirne in 1982. After graduating from Edirne Anatolian Fine Arts High School, she studied at Department of Art Education, Trakya University. She gained an MA degree from Trakya University, Fine Arts Education Department and completed her PhD in Art Education from Marmara University, Faculty of Education. She has participated in many national and international biennials and exhibitions. She is currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Fine Arts Education at Trakya University.
