EXPRESSION METHODS IN LITERARY WORKS THAT BEEN USED IN TASAVVUFIAN AND MORAL EDUCATION: EXAMPLE OF PEND-NAME COMMENTARIES ABSTRACT

pared to Arabian Literature. Turkish mutasavvıfs
bringed new aspects in the works that had been commentaried by Iranian
mutasaffıvs either by translating or by doing commentation from time to
time. In the Turkish commentary tradition, reasons like the language, content and structure of the text which has been interpreted annotated and the identity of the announcer, his / her personality and his / her audience of reader, although it makes difficult to follow a single method in commentaries, it is seen as a priority aim to convey the commentary
in predestination ıt can be seen that the annotation method is more
consistent and the limits are more pronounced according to the commentaries, which consider transferring in the annotated commentaries as priority. Pend-namah, which has created a deep influence for centuries, wherever Islamic civilization reigns, It has been accepted as a valuable tool in terms of tasavvufian and moral education of many generations. For the work consisting of approximately 900 couplets, many commentaries and translations were written in the Turkish language and even the works were written by many Turkish poets. By considering the level of the intended audience, it can be seen that several techniques had been used on the Tasavvufian Poetry which contains particular compellation styles nearly in all.
